Co-founder & Managing Director
Along with Mary, Billy founded HouseLet in 2001 to service the expanding rental sector. Over the years he has become a specialist in the residential lettings and property management space. Billy manages after the lettings department and new business.
Billy comes from an Insurance background and is a Qualified Financial Advisor. He is incredibly passionate about what he does and always has others best interests at heart. Billy brings a refreshingly honest and personable approach to an industry where this is sometimes lacking. He is also an avid GAA and rugby fan and will gladly spend time lamenting the demise of Offaly hurling.
Shane is Operations Manager at HouseLet and ensures the smooth running of the business. In addition to operations, Shane looks after maintenance and refurbishments. He has a wealth of experience from his background in recruitment and sales.
Shane has a Masters in International Management & Business and has just finished a Masters in Real Estate. He has a strong understanding of the ways to maximise client returns through active asset management. Shane is also incredibly passionate about the level of service we provide and is constantly looking for new and innovative ways to enhance our service. He is also an avid sports fan who is seriously struggling to cope with the new Man Utd.
Co-founder & Financial Controller
Since 2001, Mary has been an integral part of HouseLet. As our Financial Controller, she is the person who ensures that all our rents are paid in full and on time. Despite the sensitive nature of this role Mary still manages to have a positive relationship with our landlords, tenants and contractors. This is down to her direct yet fair approach to business. She is also the loving mother of 3 and when not making payments you will find her in the Algarve.
Marketing & Admin Assistant
Chantelle works in an administrative and marketing support role for HouseLet. She is a bright and bubbly Psychology student with a keen eye for detail. Chantelle’s energy and exceptional customer service are central to our service. Also, as a Celbridge native, she has intimate knowledge of the area and will be more than happy to answer any queries you may have.
