If we are managing your property, we will be your main point of contact for any issues you may have. In the case of emergencies that may fall outside of our remit please note the following:

For a suspected Gas Leak call 1850 205050 and follow the Gas Board Steps.
In the case of a Fire please 999 OR 112 and follow the government Fire Safety Guide.
In the case of a Power Outage call ESB networks on 1850 372999.
In case of loss of Water Supply call 1850 278278 or check Irish Water’s guidelines.

All maintenance must be reported via our Maintenance Report Form at the bottom of this page. We aim to complete all maintenance requests in line with our response times listed below. However please note that reporting your maintenance issue through another channel may lead to delays.
